    Refund and Return Policy

    At VibeToBox, every item is custom-made to order based on the unique design you co-create with our AI design agent. Because each product is personalized specifically for you, our return and refund terms differ from those of standard off-the-shelf retailers. This policy explains your rights and how to request help.

    We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, and we stand behind the quality of our products.

    1. Nature of Custom Products

    Our merchandise (such as apparel, tote bags, and mugs) is produced individually after you approve your design. Because these items are personalized and made to order, they generally cannot be resold and are not eligible for return or refund based on a change of mind, buyer's remorse, or incorrect personalization details provided by the customer.

    Please review your design, spelling, sizing, and product selection carefully before approving and placing your order.

    2. When You Are Eligible for a Refund or Replacement

    We will gladly offer a replacement or refund if your order is affected by any of the following:

    • The product arrives damaged or defective;
    • The product is materially different from the design you approved (e.g., wrong design, wrong color, or printing error on our part);
    • You received the wrong item or wrong size compared to what you ordered;
    • Your order does not arrive within the maximum delivery window stated at checkout (subject to verification with the carrier).

    3. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

    To request help, contact us at hello@vibetobox.com within 14 days of receiving your order, and include:

    • Your order number;
    • A clear description of the issue;
    • Photographs showing the defect, damage, or error (this helps us resolve your case quickly and arrange reprints with our production partners).

    We aim to review and respond to all requests within 2-3 business days.

    4. Resolution Options

    Once your request is approved, we will offer one of the following, at your preference where reasonable:

    • A free replacement of the affected item; or
    • A full or partial refund to your original payment method.

    Approved refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days, though the time for funds to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.

    5. Order Cancellations

    You may request to cancel your order before it enters production. Once production has begun (typically within a short window after approval), the order can no longer be cancelled because the custom item is already being made. To request a cancellation, contact hello@vibetobox.com as soon as possible with your order number.

    6. Non-Refundable Situations

    Refunds or replacements will not be provided for:

    • Change of mind after a design has been approved and produced;
    • Errors in personalization details (spelling, names, sizing) supplied by the customer;
    • Minor variations in color, texture, or placement that are inherent to print-on-demand production and within normal tolerance;
    • Delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
